30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day free return policy on all products purchased directly from micwlaudio.com. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts included.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Receive a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible domestic U.S. returns) and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the label. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days of delivery), we will process your refund.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all U.S. orders. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you after your return is approved. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange an exchange and cover all shipping charges. For non-defective exchanges (e.g., changing microphone type or system configuration), the standard return process above will apply — return the original item, and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, please email us immediately at support@micwlaudio.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will troubleshoot with you, and if a return or replacement is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement once the returned item is scanned by the carrier — no need to wait for it to reach our warehouse.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt.
